Jesse recently graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in finance. Instead of immediately entering the real world, Jesse decided to play poker professionally until he's inspired to move on. Jesse plays under the screen name "iplaypokeher" on PokerStars, frequenting the midstakes heads up tables. Although mostly self taught, Jesse does attribute some of his success to watching videos and discussions on TwoPlusTwo.
"I think (my biggest challenge was) realizing that I had a lot to learn. Usually I am stubborn and try to do things on my own. It was important to realize I could learn a bunch from outside resources, primarily being videos."
Although Jesse enjoys poker, he believes that he still hasn't found his passion. The freedom poker has given him should allow him plenty of time to figure that out. Coaching
