Whats good? Been MIA since Vegas. Been in insanely busy since the last week of July. The roofing business is going to be dead as of now-end of Sep and will be insanely hectic Oct-Nov with people prepping for the winter. I keep telling myself I should use this opportunity to get hands in, but I kinda just wanna relax for a few days. I plan on going out to the Hamptons for Labor Day and just bought my plane tix and going back to Vegas Sep 8-14 with my roomate ferri and my other friend Steve. Staying at the Palms for 3 days then Palazzo. If anyone is going to be out there during that time lemme know. And if you wanna get raped in some beer pong cash games get at me and ferri.

Halo Reach comes out the 14th, gonna be sick, im making Sammy pick it up for me so i can start grinding as soon as i get home. Got the surgery, went good i guess. I got a lot of vicodin to play with so thats cool i guess. Beat red dead redemption quickly because i had nothing else to do because of my non existent mobility. Retore my fucking knee again today, just the patellar tendon this time but its the third fcking time. I can walk but it looks like im a pirate with a peg leg. It happened today playing wiffle ball on the beach right after i left the office. First swing i took as i pivited i felt the shredding taking place and had some sick deja vu of the first time it happened. it felt like the sound of a telephone book ripping, idk how to explain it but it felt like the way that sounds, idk if that makes sense. But I have to go to the doctor again tomorrow so he can analyze my mri one more time and then its time to schedule surgery again.

I also found out that I will be a good candidate for a knee replacement by the time im 35, sik life. Go from being a professional athlete to being a fcking gimp who will eventually need a prostetic knee, but i guess this is the case for half the people who have played sports at a college or pro level. The sick part of it all is that im pretty much numb to all this, just a different daym same problems.My friends dad played DE for the Atlanta Falcons for four years and now he barely sit down to take a shit.

Anyways ill prob be around the forums and plugging in a bunch of hands over the next month cuz now ill have nothing else to do and ill prob do all my work from home for now. Ill prob have surgery late next week and will be able to walk a week later and start some rehab. Im not bailing out on vegas so ill see sone of you guys there and get shit faced. Bee good.

Havent updated in a few weeks. The business is going good, its obv very time consuming and the saying is def right that you gotta spend money to make money. Because of all this I have not logged in more then 1k hands over the past two weeks. I have been talking recently with another leggo member and we made a cool deal that I was going to give him pitching lessons via him sending me a video of him pitching and I would critique his mechanics as well as give some workouts/excercises for him to do in exchange for some poker coaching(he currently beats 1knl, idk if he would want me to mention his sn, so i just wont for now). Because of my lack of play and missing poker somewhat I decided to stake two 50nlers so we will see how that goes over the next few weeks.

Umm what else,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, going to vegas in a little over the month for two weeks. IDK if i mentioned it or not but the first week my gf and her friends are going to be in the house, so you leggo guys that im familiar with should meet up that week with us because theres going to be a bunch of single girls out with me and the gf (a few are rather loose and all except one are very good looking(not poker player standard hot girls aka ugly chicks), girls that are hot in the real world). But for the most of that week I plan on donking around in the 2-5 live games and then going out at night obv. Played like maybe 10k hands all of this month pretty pathetic but ive been really busy. Poker isnt my main source of income tho so i guess its ok, I now play more for mental stimulation when im bored and i guess for some extra cash but the main point is if i were to go busto playing poker I wouldnt be fucked which i guess is a good thing. I got the Dodgers on the leash for two years so id like to thank them for paying the rent and letting me be able to do what i want when i want.

My dad owned a construction remodeling company and myself, my mom and brother have a piece of it now (thanks dad), My brother worked for my dad so he now runs the day to day shit like estimates and setting up the crews etc. Im basically in charge of advertising, getting the trucks painted, and getting a new web site for the company going and thats been keeping me pretty busy the past few weeks. So i guess for someone my age (24) im set up pretty good for the long term and I can always be a teacher if I wanted to (lol history ed degree) and the gf has a pretty cool job and makes a nice penny as a lab tech, she tests blood, bone marrow, etc so if you ever need blood work done I got the inside hookups.

This is basically just a post reminding myself even tho shit has been rough the past year or so, I still have it pretty good and just want to make my dad proud of what im doing with my life now that im not playing ball nemore.

80 degrees here in long beach today, lol global warming. played some wiffle ball on the beach today with some randoms. Starting to get that summer vibe over here, long beach is sorta like the hamptons for the people on western long island, cant wait til the outside bars start opening up on the water.

Yesterday I impulse bought an entertainment system because i just had to have it. Its black with three glass shelves and has a mount bracket on it with a swivel so i can move the tv on the mount which is pretty sick. Got my 360 and surround sound system on it. It looks a little bare I gotta find something else to put up there. I have a Samsung 42 inch and I love it, got it on black friday last year, i highly rec it. Besides that when I got back from vacation I moved my whole roll over to tilt and am pretty happy about it. Oh and last night we went to a hibachi place called Shiro (been there three times in the past three weeks). One of the best meals ive ever had, I got the Kobe beef and chicken along with rice, soup, salad and about six Tanqueray and tonics. This place blows Benihanas out of the water, if theres one near you def check it out. One of the neighbors is having a party tn so we might check that out. thats it for now, go chisox. be good.
